The KW Saturday ride will be the Caliente/Lion’s Loop See the route, Miles , and climb data here Start in the parking lot of California Pizza Kitchen (10150 Stockdale Hwy) and ride to Wind Wolves Preserve Miles: 56 Climb: 1280 feet Route: here Start at Bena Shell (1631 Comanche Dr.) and ride to the National Cemetery. Water and restrooms available. Shorter option: return to Bena Shell via Bena road. Route info here. Longer option: descend to Cal-Bodfish Rd and turn to Caliente. Turn around in Caliente and return to Bena Shell. Route info here. Ride from Ethels to the mouth of the canyon, back to Rancheria and then to the end and back to 178. Ride back to Alfred Harrell, up Rattlesnake and and then to Panorama. Ride down Alfred Harrell (the bluffs) back to Ethels.
