KW ride to Wind Wolves

we had 23 total riders starting at California Pizza Kitchen for the Kern Wheelmen ride to the Wind Wolves Preserve.

The group took off and split into groups right away separated by speed and traffic lights. The 6 or 7 up front, led by Kyle Lacey, were hauling! The rest of us were spread across about 1 mile by speed and traffic signals as well.

The weather was just a little windy but not enough to ruin the ride. Wind Wolves was partially open, but the main lodge isn’t.

The group headed for home after enjoying the fresh air and the fairly quiet roads. Again, we split along the same lines. Everyone got safely home after a great day of riding and fellowship. Thanks to all who attended. Wish I had more photos to share. Jason Frost Photography took some excellent pictures and gave us the group shot, but the rest are for sale.
